How does the free trial work?
You get full access for 60 days. No credit card is needed to start.
What counts as a conversation?
A conversation is a 24-hour window of messages with one customer, regardless of how many messages are sent.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Switch plans from your dashboard at any time. A new plan starts its billing period the day you pay; renewing the same plan extends your current period.
What happens when I reach my conversation limit?
Customers already chatting keep getting replies for the rest of their 24-hour window. New conversations pause until your count resets on the 1st of the month, or until you upgrade.
Are WhatsApp fees included?
No. Meta bills WhatsApp messaging fees directly at its own rates. Your plan covers the platform, and we never add a markup.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
